Instructor-Led Simulation-Based Course designed for EMCTs (all levels), Prehospital/EMS Coordinators, EMS Educators, First Responders (law enforcement) located at Bulverde Spring Branch Station #1, 353 Rodeo Drive, Spring Branch, TX 78070. Classes begin at 8 AM CST.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted in writing via U.S. Postal Service mail, email, or fax (contact information is listed below). For a full refund, written cancellations must be received 30 business days prior to the start date of the training. Cancellations received 15 business days prior to the start date of the training are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 7 business days prior to the start date are not entitled to a refund. This policy is due to the high level of customization involved in our trainings, which is based on the number of people that have registered as well as space limitations.
